Refund conditions

Applies to tuition collected by SyncIntelligence

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the payer on record. Corporate purchasers should route through their finance contact with written authorization attached.

2. Fourteen-day reconsideration window

If you cancel within fourteen days of payment and before accessing more than one live session or digital module (whichever occurs first), you may receive a full refund minus non-refundable items listed below.

3. Full versus partial conditions

Full refunds apply only when the criteria in section two are satisfied. Partial refunds may be offered when documented service interruptions materially reduce delivered hours, prorated to the affected modules.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party licensing fees already remitted, shipping of physical lab kits after dispatch, and bespoke legal reviews performed by external counsel on your behalf are generally non-refundable once incurred.

5. Process steps

Email operations with invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days, review attendance logs, and issue a written decision with calculations.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment rail where possible; bank transfers may take additional clearing days depending on institutions.

7. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort outright, you may choose a transfer to another start date or a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort instance.

8. Exceptions

Fraudulent chargebacks initiated without following this policy may disqualify future participation. Good-faith disputes are handled case-by-case with documentation.

9. Contact

Use the intake desk form or call +81 58-067-2521. Postal correspondence: 200-1187, Atago Atagogurinhiruzumoritawa (30-kai), Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

10. Consumer rights (Japan)

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available to consumers in Japan. Where local law provides stronger protections, those provisions prevail for eligible transactions.
